Before constant noise. Before notifications. Before every moment needed to be captured, shared, and approved. When people were present and living in the moment, not documenting it.
We started Silk Road as 5 guys riding on beaten up Honda XR’s, but it didnt matter - on the road, we didnt want for anything.
We’re turning back time, to an era when Cameras shot on film.
Multiplayer meant sitting shoulder to shoulder with your best friend.
Everything was local. Everything was real.
When things were built to last, built with purpose, and built strong. When moments carried weight because of the memories, when life wasn’t lived for status, validation, or titles, but for the experience itself.
