Thanks for shopping with Silk Road. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns


Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached


How to return an item

  1. Visit our returns portal:

    https://returns.bleckmann.com/consumer/SILKROAD
  2. Enter your Order ID (your 4-digit order number) and email address
  3. Follow the instructions to receive your return authorisation
  4. Pack your items securely, ideally in the original packaging (including the cornstarch bag)
  5. Drop your parcel at your nearest drop-off point



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm it meets our policy.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable


Please note:



Items returned in a condition that does not meet our policy (worn, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error) may be refused or subject to a partial refund



Exchanges


Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached


How to request an exchange

  1. Start your return via the portal:



    https://returns.bleckmann.com/consumer/SILKROAD
  2. Follow the return steps and send your item back
  3. Keep proof of postage
  4. Email support@silkroadriders.com with:



    - Your order number



    - Reason for exchange (e.g. wrong size or colour)

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a replacement order and ship it out to you.



Damaged or Faulty Items


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible at support@silkroadriders.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if possible

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
