Orders are processed within 30 minutes of being accepted and dispatched the same day. EU delivery typically takes 3–4 working days.

Please ensure items are packaged and include any original packaging possible.

All returns must be submitted through the returns portal above. Returns sent outside of this process may experience delays and cannot be guaranteed for refund or exchange processing.

• Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

We’re unable to accept any returns from items that have been worn or tags removed, as we need to be able to guarantee rider safety. 

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• EU returns are free of charge.
• Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or incomplete may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
