Delivery
We ship all of our orders within 48 hours, and endeavour to get your parcels to you as soon as possible.
All of our products are packaged with biodegradable Cornstarch, to reduce our carbon footprint. To help us, please measure twice, and order once.
Customs and VAT
EU orders are all shipped with VAT and duties paid.
UK Orders
Due to the recent trade changes post-Brexit, shipping between the EU and UK now involves additional steps. To simplify this process for our UK customers, we ship all orders with ‘Duty Paid’ status.
This means that we cover all customs duties and VAT charges upfront, so there should be no additional customs fees for you. If you wish to return your item for any reason, the Import tax will be deducted from your returns. You can read more on in our FAQ’s.
Rest of the world
For orders from the rest of the world, customers are responsible for their own custom clearance. If you need any support, email support@silkroadriders.com
Warranty
Safety and performance will always be our number one priority. We engineer all of our products to withstand the harshest conditions and use independent test labs to ensure that they perform when it matters.
We stand by our quality of manufacturing and offer a free 2-year warranty on all of our protective clothing for any manufacturing or material faults.
Please note that our warranty does not apply to the D3O® Ghost™ Armour or any third-party products.
