Our Story

What began as a handful of jackets made for friends who needed something better to ride in, grew into something far bigger than any of us ever imagined. Frustrated by loud, overbuilt gear that felt more like costume than clothing, the intention was simple: make something that works on the road and feels natural everywhere else.

So we did it differently. Fewer rules. Bolder choices. Designs that only answer to us. No boardrooms. No shortcuts. We started from the ground up and took every chance to challenge what riding gear was supposed to be.

Chasing what we believe in, staying true to who we are, and only putting things into the world that add real value has been the manifesto from day one.

We collaborate with photographers, riders, designers, musicians, mechanics - anyone who can bring their own perspective and passion, to shape Silk Road through what they create. At our core are those who choose to stay original and live unapologetically.

No AI. No mass-market sell-out. Just small-batch, meaningful design, guided by clear values.

Ethos

Four Agreements

Freedom First

Freedom is the starting point, not the reward. We exist to encourage people to break patterns, shed limitations, and move forward on their own terms. Less noise, fewer compromises — more intention, more life.

Anti-Brand

We’re not here to build a conventional business. We’re here to explore, experiment, and create without permission. No chasing trends. No pressure to scale for the sake of it. We follow curiosity, not commercial formulas.

Quality over Quantity

Scale is easy. Care is not. Every decision we make is guided by substance, durability, and design integrity. We produce less, think more, and obsess over the details that actually matter.

Uncompromising

The world is quick to define you - how to look, act, and think. We reject that entirely. Step outside the rules, unsubscribe from expectations, and refuse to dilute your vision. Do it properly, or don’t do it at all.
